1 General Provisions & Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the pklik platform and all its services. By accessing the pklik website or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

1.1 Definitions

In these Terms, the singular includes the plural and vice versa. Section headings are for reading convenience only and do not affect legal interpretation.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

pklik's services are available only to individuals aged 21 or older. At the time of registration you must confirm that you are at least 21 years old. pklik may request valid identification to verify age at any time. Failure to provide proof may result in account suspension.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account on pklik. If a person is found to hold multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses in those accounts will be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration. Providing false information will be considered a violation of these Terms and may result in account closure. If any information changes, you must notify the support team immediately.

2.4 Restricted Persons

The following persons may not open an account on pklik:

• Any person under the age of 21
• Persons whose previous account was permanently closed by pklik
• Persons who have an active self-exclusion in place
• pklik employees and their immediate family members

3 Account Management & Security

3.1 Login Credential Security

Keeping your username and password confidential is entirely your responsibility. pklik will never ask for your password by email, phone, or chat. If you suspect unauthorized access, immediately go to the pklik Login page, change your password, and notify support.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

pklik carries out an identity verification process for security purposes. As part of this process, a valid form of identification such as a national ID card, passport, or birth registration may be requested. Withdrawal facilities may be restricted until verification is complete.

3.3 Technical Disruptions

pklik will not be liable for losses caused by loss of internet connection, device issues, or other technical reasons. However, if any transaction is affected by a fault on the server's own end, it will be reviewed.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pklik currently supports the following payment methods:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service
• Nagad — Digital payment service of Bangladesh Post Office
• Rocket — Mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank

4.2 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳200. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is an unusual delay in funds being credited, please notify the support team.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. A withdrawal will be approved once the following conditions are met:

• Account verification has been completed
• The wagering requirements of any applicable bonus have been fulfilled
• The withdrawal amount is within the applicable limits
• The withdrawal is requested via the same payment method used for the deposit

4.4 Third-Party Payments Prohibited

Depositing or withdrawing through any payment account not registered in your own name is strictly prohibited. If use of another person's payment method is detected, the account may be suspended and funds forfeited.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

pklik offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,200 bonus and a total balance of ৳2,200. Or depositing ৳14,000 gives you the maximum ৳8,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount. For example: if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳12,000 before withdrawing any winnings from the bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus from any one promotion can be claimed only once
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly stated
• pklik reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion
• The applicable terms for receiving a bonus are announced separately

5.4 VIP Program

pklik has three VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Moving up to a higher tier through regular play earns weekly cashback:

• Bronze — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Integrity

All games on pklik are developed and tested by well-known game providers. Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used to determine game outcomes, keeping every round completely independent and impartial.

6.2 Game Error Policy

pklik reserves the right to void any bet or win resulting from an abnormal or incorrect outcome caused by a technical fault or game bug. The player concerned will be refunded the bet amount.

6.3 Betting Markets

pklik offers various types of markets for sports betting. The rules for each market will be stated alongside it. Please read them carefully before placing a bet.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on pklik and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage
• Operating multiple accounts
• Attempting to manipulate games or the betting system
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts
• Using the platform for money laundering or the movement of illicit funds
• Using third-party payment methods
• Abusive behaviour toward other players or staff
• Providing fraudulent information
• Playing on behalf of minors or managing their accounts

If pklik believes any activity is suspicious or contrary to these Terms, it reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account for investigation without notice.

8 Responsible Gaming

8.1 Policy

pklik believes in responsible gaming. Gaming is for entertainment — never as a source of income. We place the highest importance on the wellbeing and financial protection of our players.

8.2 Setting Limits

Players can set their own deposit limits, loss limits, or session time limits. These limits can be activated by contacting support.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

10 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

10.1 Suspension by pklik

pklik may temporarily suspend an account for investigation under the following circumstances:

• Suspected violation of terms and conditions
• Age or identity verification incomplete
• Unusual transaction activity
• Security concerns

10.2 Permanent Closure

If a serious violation of the terms and conditions is proven, the account will be permanently closed. In such a case, any pending bonuses will be forfeited. However, pklik will consider returning the valid portion of actual deposits (excluding bonuses).

10.3 Closure at the User's Own Request

Any user may close their account by contacting support. In this case, valid remaining funds will be returned, provided there are no pending wagering requirements.

11 Limitation of Liability

pklik shall not be liable in any way for the following:

• Losses caused by a player's internet connection or device issues
• Transaction delays caused by third-party payment service providers
• Losses resulting from unauthorised third-party access (if the user fails to protect their own login credentials)
• Service disruptions caused by reasons beyond pklik's control
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

pklik's total liability shall in no circumstances exceed the amount of the actual deposit held in the relevant account at the time of the incident.

12 Dispute Resolution

12.1 Filing a Complaint

12.2 Investigation Process

pklik investigates all complaints seriously. During an investigation, the relevant account or funds may be temporarily suspended. Once the investigation is complete, both parties will be informed of the outcome.

12.3 Final Decision

The final decision issued by pklik's management will be considered binding in all disputes. This decision will be made in good faith and in accordance with these terms and conditions.

13 Changes to Terms and Conditions

pklik reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove these terms and conditions at any time. An effort will be made to notify players of significant changes, though this is not mandatory.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms and conditions are published on the website will be considered acceptance of the new terms. It is therefore recommended to visit this page regularly.
